Terms of Service

By accessing or using ConnectVault.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DAMUK ("ConnectVault," "we," "us," or "our").

ConnectVault is an AI-powered professional networking platform that manages your contacts, scans business cards, delivers AI-driven insights and briefings, prepares you for meetings, and maintains your professional relationships. The Service includes a mobile application, web dashboard, and API.

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google, LinkedIn, or email/password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not create accounts for others without their permission or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

Free Plan: ConnectVault offers a free plan with limited features (50 contacts, 10 scans/month, 20 ARIA interactions/month). The free plan is available indefinitely at no cost.

Pro Plan: The Pro plan provides unlimited access to all features. Pricing is available on our Pricing page. Pro plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.

Enterprise Plan: Enterprise plans offer custom pricing, team management, API access, and dedicated support. Contact us for details.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. There is a 7-day grace period during which you can reactivate your subscription. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact support for refund requests.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect personal data of others without their consent.
• Abuse, harass, or send unsolicited communications to contacts stored in ConnectVault.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Service's source code.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Upload malicious content, malware, or attempt to compromise the Service's security.
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service without authorization.

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, branding, and source code, is the intellectual property of DAMUK. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to ConnectVault (contacts, notes, recordings). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectVault and DAMUK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
