ConnectVault.ai ("ConnectVault," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by DAMUK. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, profile photo, and authentication credentials (via Google, LinkedIn, or email/password).

Contact Data: Business card scans, manually entered contacts, imported contacts (e.g., from LinkedIn), and associated metadata such as notes, tags, and interaction history.

Scan Data: Images of business cards uploaded for OCR processing, including extracted text and structured contact fields.

Meeting Data: Audio recordings you choose to capture, transcriptions generated from those recordings, and AI-generated summaries and action items.

Usage Data: Device information, app usage patterns, feature engagement metrics, crash logs, and analytics data collected automatically.

Provide the Service: To create and manage your account, store and organize your contacts, process card scans, deliver AI-powered features (morning briefings, meeting prep, follow-up drafts), and enable communication features.

AI Processing: Your contact data, interaction history, and meeting recordings are processed by our AI systems (ARIA) to deliver personalized briefings, suggestions, and insights. This processing uses third-party AI models.

Analytics: To understand how users interact with the Service, improve features, diagnose technical issues, and make data-driven product decisions.

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on MongoDB Atlas with servers in the India region. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews and follow best practices for application security.

We use the following third-party services to operate ConnectVault:

• Razorpay — Payment processing for subscriptions in India (UPI, cards, net banking).
• Stripe — International payment processing.
• OpenAI — AI model provider for ARIA's natural language processing, briefings, and content generation features.
• OpenAI Whisper — Audio transcription for meeting recording features.
• Google & LinkedIn OAuth — Authentication providers.

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in ConnectVault at any time through the app.
• Export your contacts and data in standard formats (CSV, JSON).
• Delete your account and all associated data. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Correct any inaccurate personal information.
