Credits are the currency for AI-powered actions in ConnectVault. Different actions cost different amounts. For example, a simple ARIA chat costs 1 credit, and meeting recording costs 1 credit per minute of transcription. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation that resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Yes. Higher tiers run on more capable AI for higher-quality reasoning, longer context, and faster responses. Starter uses Standard AI for everyday tasks. Pro upgrades to Advanced AI for richer interactions, deeper briefings, and meeting prep. Plus unlocks Premium AI for the highest-quality reasoning.

When you sign up for the Pro plan, you get 7 days of full Pro access completely free. No credit card is needed to start. You'll only be charged if you decide to continue after the trial.

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There’s a 7-day grace period after cancellation during which you can reactivate without losing any data.

If you don’t subscribe after your 7-day trial, you’ll be automatically downgraded to the Starter plan. All your contacts, notes, and conversation history are kept safe. You never lose your data.

Yes, integrations with Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and popular CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot are on the roadmap. Vault will stay in sync where you already work, and ARIA will be able to act on that context automatically. We will notify you when they roll out.

Security is foundational to ConnectVault. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your data to third parties, and you always remain the sole owner of your contacts and network information.

Contact export is available on Pro and Plus. Starter includes your data in Vault, and you can request a full data export under your DPDP rights from Settings. Paid plans add one-click CSV and vCard export from the app.

All subscriptions are billed via Razorpay. Razorpay supports UPI, credit and debit cards (including international cards), net banking, and digital wallets, so you can subscribe from anywhere in the world.
